Tasting Menu

Every week our chef creates a new tasting menu, according to the flagship product of the month, specially for you to  discover and taste some of our specialties at an attractive price. An example of a tasting menu would be:

 Nectarine gazpacho, boquerones in vinegar and tartar of shrimps

Anglefish with nectarine, potatoes stuffed with sabayon of cava & loquat

Rablé of rabbit & ham, tatin of peach and chimichurri sauce

Loquat, mascarpone, balsamic reduction & vanille ice-cream
